About my teaching
As a former dancer turned yoga and Pilates teacher, I have with over 10 years of experience helping people build strength, increase flexibility, and cultivate balance through mindful movement.
In my teaching, I bring a contemporary understanding of anatomy and movement while honoring the classical philosophies of both Pilates and yoga. My training includes classical and contemporary Pilates, and vinyasa, restorative, yin, prenatal, and trauma-informed yoga.
I work with students of all experience levels and life stages, offering accessible, supportive instruction that meets each person where they are.
In my classes, students can expect a balanced practice with opportunities to find both challenge and ease, guided by breath, mindfulness, and functional movement.
