Hi, I’m Jacqueline!
I’m a yoga and Pilates teacher in northern New Jersey, offering classes designed to help you build strength, improve flexibility, and feel vibrant in class and beyond.
I originally came to yoga and Pilates for physical conditioning during my dance career. Over time, I noticed the positive impacts these movement disciplines had on my body, but also my mind and spirit. Within a few years, I transitioned out of the dance world and shifted my focus to these mind-body practices.
My teaching is rooted in breath, functional movement, and mindfulness. I draw on my background in contemporary Pilates; vinyasa, restorative, and yin yoga; and specialized training in prenatal and trauma-informed yoga. My approach is grounded in evidence-based methods for offering instruction that is safe, supportive, and responsive to each student’s physical, mental, and emotional needs.
In a group class or a one-on-one session, my goal is to create a supportive space where you can move mindfully, find your edge, and feel revitalized.
